Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. These costs are beyond our control and are levied by the respective customs or tax authorities of the recipient country.
We recommend that you check with the relevant authorities about possible import duties and tax rates before placing your order.
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of acceptance or missing customs information, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all return shipping costs incurred.

Further Information on Shipping
Get your parcel delivered to a german packing station of Deutsche Post / DHL.
Please note: For invoice payment, shipment to a packing station is not possible, as billing and delivery address need to be identical.
How can I get my goods shipped to a packing station?
No matter if you proceed as a registered customer or without registration, please make sure that the checkbox "Use this address for invoice too" is not selected. Now you can enter the Packstation instead of the street in the delivery address and the port number instead of the address complement and click on "Continue".
The following example shows the approach.
Now enter your delivery address and click on "Continue".
In the next step you can then enter your billing address.
As soon as your parcel leaves our stock, our shipping partners will inform you by e-mail. In this e-mail, you will find a link that takes you right to the track and trace service.
Please note that the track & trace service is not available for some countries.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number.
