Shipping to Germany and Austria

Delivery time: approx. 1–3 working days
During the Christmas period, delays may occur due to increased parcel volumes handled by shipping providers.
Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation) is possible (except for purchase on invoice).

Worldwide shipping
Order value up to EUR 200,00: EUR 89.00

Delivery time: approx. 3–20 working days

Due to customs regulations, we do not ship to South Africa, the United States, Brazil and the United Kingdom.

Please note that for deliveries to NON-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply. We have no control over import duties or taxes, as these are determined individually by each country.

Further shipping information
Delivery to a parcel locker (Packstation)
You can have your order delivered to a Deutsche Post / DHL parcel locker.
Please note: Delivery to a parcel locker is not possible for payment by invoice or direct debit, as billing and delivery addresses must be identical.
How can I ship to a parcel locker?
Whether you are a registered customer or proceed without registration, make sure that the option “Use this address as billing address” is unchecked.
You can then enter the parcel locker in the street field and your postal number in the address addition field, and proceed by clicking “Continue”.
In the next step, you can enter your billing address.
Track your shipment
In certain countries, you can track the status of your parcel.
As soon as your parcel has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an automatically generated email from us with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel using the tracking number.
